The Columbiana Savings Bank is hereby designated as the official depository to receive all official funds collected on behalf of the Town by the Town Clerk, Treasurer and Tax Collector of the said Town. Said officers are hereby ordered to deposit all official funds coming into their hands into said named bank. The compliance with the terms of this section is intended to relieve the Town officials and the securities on their bonds of responsibility for loss of any funds through a bank failure and is in compliance with Section 1922 of the Code of the State of Alabama.
