A refund of property taxes for a disabled veteran or qualifying spouse shall be granted, provided that the applicant submits a complete application to the Tax Assessor as required by N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30. A retroactive refund shall be limited to the date in which the completed application was made to the Tax Assessor, regardless of whether an applicant may have been eligible for prior year refunds pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.32.
