City of South Bend, WA Chapter 10.15 BUS ZONES

§ 10.15.010 Water Street.

Water Street beginning at a point 30 feet from the intersection of the easterly R/W line of Pacific Avenue and the southern R/W line of Water Street, and continuing east along said southern R/W line for a distance of 60 feet is herein established as a "bus zone."

§ 10.15.020 Parking restricted.

Whenever there shall be an established bus zone in the city of South Bend, such zone shall be deemed to restrict the parking of all vehicles, except those which provide for the transportation of persons by way of a public transit system.

§ 10.15.030 Violation – Penalty.

Any person violating any of the sections of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine, not to exceed $300.00, and/or imprisonment, not exceeding 30 days in jail.
