The city supervisor will advise any resident who contacts the city regarding demolition that under current regulations an ORCAA permit is required prior to demolition. The city supervisor will advise the resident to contact ORCAA for specific details, such as permit applications, directions or other clean air requirements.

A. 
Determination is made that the city will demolish a structure.
B. 
The city supervisor or his/her designee shall determine applicable laws, rules and regulations. This will include contacting ORCAA to determine air quality permit requirements.
C. 
The city supervisor will ensure that all necessary permits have been obtained prior to authorizing demolition, including ORCAA permits.
D. 
The city supervisor will ensure that demolition is performed as required.
