The model codes listed below, as approved and adopted by the State Building Code Council (SBCC), together with any amendments or additions, are hereby adopted by this reference. These codes apply to all new construction, remodeling, or repairs. Copies of the codes are on file in the offices of the city clerk-treasurer and the building inspector.

2015 International Building Code with statewide amendments, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;
B.
ICC/ANSI A117.1-09, Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, with statewide amendments, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;
C.
2015 International Residential Code with statewide amendments, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;
D.
2015 International Mechanical Code with statewide amendments, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;

2015 International Fuel Gas Code with statewide amendments (part of the IMC adoption) and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;

2014 Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code (NFPA 58), and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;

2015 National Fuel Gas Code (NFPA 54) (for LP gas installation only) and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;

2015 International Fire Code with statewide amendments, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;

2015 Uniform Plumbing Code with statewide amendments, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;

2015 International Energy Conservation Code/Washington State Energy Code, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;
K.
2015 International Existing Building Code with statewide amendments found in the IBC, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;
L.
2015 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;
M.
National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof;
N.
The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, and any successor code in such form and with such amendments as may from time to time be mandatorily required by state law, whether by action of the legislature or the properly delegated agency thereof.
