Whenever the city is required to post notices under the ordinances of the city or the laws of the state, they shall be posted at the following locations:
(1)
The Des Moines City Service Center located at 21630 11th Avenue South;
(2)
The Des Moines Marina Office located at 22307 Dock Avenue South;
(3)
The Des Moines Library located at 21620 11th Avenue South; and
(4)
The Redondo Boat Launch located at 28225 Redondo Beach Drive South.
