The Planning, Building and Public Works Director shall include in the written decision any conditions, restrictions, and modifications that are determined to be necessary to eliminate or minimize any undesirable effects or impacts that would result from approving the proposed short subdivision. Such conditions, restrictions, and modifications shall be related to, and commensurate with, specified potential adverse impacts that may otherwise occur. Any conditions, restrictions, and modifications that are imposed shall become part of the decision.
