From and after the effective date of this chapter, no person shall pick up for hire any person in any formal limousine in the Borough of Swedesboro unless both the formal limousine and driver conform to all the provisions of N.J.S.A. 48:16-1 et seq.
All prior ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this chapter is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
Annual fees due on January 1 of each year for the period of January 1 to December 31:
A. 
Limousine business.
(1) 
$50 per vehicle.
B. 
Limousine drivers.
(1) 
$10 per driver.
