Every person under the age of 18 years who loiters about public streets, avenues, alleys, parks and public places between the hour of 10:00 p.m. and the time of sunrise of the following day, when not accompanied by a parent, or legal guardian having legal custody and control of such person, or by the spouse of such person, which spouse is over 21 years of age, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Every violation of this chapter, or of any provision thereof, is punishable by fine not exceeding $300.00, or by imprisonment not exceeding three months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
