A. 
Materials, dimension and reflectivity. Specific design standards with regard to materials, dimensions, and surface reflectivity, as set forth in the most current edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices will be applied. Any changes, amendments, revisions, or deletions, to the aforementioned manual must be reviewed by and approved by the County Commission before they may be incorporated into this ordinance.
B. 
Road/street sign color code. Roads/streets which are maintained by the County Road Division will be designated by green road/street name signs. Roads/streets which are not maintained by the County Road Division will be designated by red road/street signs.
A. 
Placement. The county has full authority over inanimate objects in the road/street right-of-way, this includes all signs, mailboxes, newspaper boxes and other like objects. The county will determine appropriate locations within the right-of-way for the aforementioned objects. If necessary to the maintenance of the clear sight triangle the aforementioned objects will be relocated by the owner to a location determined by the Road Division.
B. 
Depth and installation. Specific depth and installation requirements as set forth in the most current edition of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices shall be applied.
C. 
Inspection. Road/street sign inspections shall be conducted in a time and manner, by an officially designated inspector, in accordance with the Engineering Department standards and procedures.
