"Vehicle"
includes every device designed to travel upon a public highway and in, upon, or by which any persons or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a public highway and shall include, but not be limited to, automobiles, buses, motor-bikes, motor scooters, trucks, tractors, go-carts, golf carts, campers and trailers.
