No vehicle shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction upon any street or highway of the City excepting at street intersections within the City where U-turns are not specifically prohibited by sign or other traffic control device.
It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate this provision and upon conviction thereof said person shall be fined pursuant to BMC Chapter 1.12.
