Depending on the nature of the acquisition and proposed use, it shall be appropriate for city staff to gather and determine the following information, where applicable, prior to closing of any acquisition of real property for public purposes:
A. Official title report to identify any encumbrances;
C. Waiver of retroactivity depending on requirements of funding source;
D. Phase 1 environmental assessment, and subsequent environmental assessments as deemed appropriate;
E. Any and all other due diligence matters, including but not limited to arborist reports, geotech reports, active lease agreements related to property(ies), etc.
