Prior to the construction of any minimum improvements, as approved upon the preliminary plat or binding site plan, the subdivider shall furnish certain construction plans. These plans must be prepared, signed, dated and stamped by a Washington State licensed civil engineer and shall be in accordance with the City of Sumner Development Specifications and Standard Details.
