§ 5-8-1 TOBACCO PROHIBITED ON PUBLIC PROPERTY: Tobacco use is prohibited in all outdoor facilities owned or operated by Huntington City and any violators of this ordinance may be subject to immediate ejection from the facility.(Ord. 5-2013)
