The following definitions shall apply to the provisions in this chapter:
(A) "Contraband"(1) (2)
means the following:
Drug paraphernalia including all equipment, products and materials of any kind which are marketed for use or designed for use in planting, propagating, cultivating, growing, harvesting, manufacturing, compounding, converting, producing, processing, preparing, testing, analyzing, packaging, repackaging, storing, containing, concealing, injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing into the human body a controlled substance.
(B) "Dangerous personal property"
means any weapon, device, instrument, material or substance, which under the circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used or threatened to be used, is readily capable of causing death or serious physical injury.
(C) "Perishable personal property"
means any personal property that is apt to spoil or decay easily, especially food.
