All evidence that is relevant to a case may be admitted in proceedings before the Court, except the following rights shall not be violated:
A. 
The defendant's right, in all cases, to confront witnesses against him; and
B. 
The defendant's right, in criminal prosecutions and in civil fishing cases, to refuse to be a witness against himself.

The judge and jury, if there is a jury, may weigh the evidence presented based on its reliability.
