The arts and culture commission is established for the City. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum.

Members of the arts and culture commission shall be appointed by a majority of the City Council present at the time of appointment, each to serve at the will of the City Council for a term of up to three years and until a successor is appointed and takes the oath of office. A member may serve multiple terms.
