Article VI Left Turn Prohibition

Signage. Township officials are authorized to install appropriate signage designating the above restrictions in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation regulations.

§ 450-20 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall upon conviction thereof be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

§ 450-21 Repealer.

Any prior ordinance or part of ordinance inconsistent herewith is hereby repealed to the extent of its inconsistency.
