ARTICLE 1 POLICE

§ 10-101 ENFORCEMENT OF STANDARD TRAFFIC ORDINANCES AND UNIFORM PUBLIC OFFENSE CODES.

All State Statutes shall be enforced by officers of the Reno County Sheriff's Department.

§ 10-102 ENFORCEMENT OF LOCAL ORDINANCES; BUILDING, HEALTH AND WELFARE.

All local ordinances concerning Building and Construction or Health and Welfare shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer.

§ 10-103 ENFORCEMENT OF ANIMAL REGULATIONS.

All local ordinances shall be enforced by the Animal Control Officer.
