A.
Speed limits within the city limits shall be twenty-five miles per hour unless otherwise posted or unless set at a lower speed under state traffic provisions adopted by the city under Section 11.04.010.
B.
A resident can approach the planning commission with a request for an exception to a speed limit in a specified area.
