Pursuant to the Water Conservation in Landscaping Act, Government Code Section 65591 et seq., as amended, the rules, regulations or standards for landscape water efficiency in the city contained in the City's landscape water efficiency regulations are hereby adopted and incorporated by this reference and made a part of the City's rules and regulations of water service and use.
