Financial Control is defined for operational identity and serves as defined by law, ordinance, resolution and administrative direction from the City Manager. Financial Control performs fiscal planning and control, budget preparation, overall fiscal control of City financial resources including expenditure control, general accounting, collection of funds, utility billings, financial expenditures, payroll, accounting and audit coordination with outside organizations together with regular financial reporting to the City Manager and Council.
