A.
Kingwood Park - Union Road.
(1)
Pavilion fees.
(a)
Kingwood Township Resident Event with 30% Kingwood Township residents involved in an organization/Club i.e., Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Senior Group, Sports and Other Clubs: no charge.
(b)
Kingwood Township resident personal/family events and resident nonprofit groups: $100.
(c)
Nonresident organization, political organization, club or for-profit business: $265.
B.
Horseshoe Bend Park.
(1)
Pavilion - reservation upon request: no fee.
(2)
Morton Building.
(a)
Event day use.

Long-term usage rates: upon request, terms and conditions will apply.

Mats and gates usage: $55 per day.
[6]
Failure to break down equipment for proper storage after last usage before a scheduled event by another user of a facility shall be assessed a fee to be paid prior to the next use: $100.
(3)
Morton Building north field use: $100 per day.
C.
Usage of facilities.
(1)
Kingwood Township facilities can be used on a first come, first served basis. A reservation may be confirmed but shall not be considered final until the applicable usage agreements are completed, fees are paid in full, and insurance is on file.
(2)
The decision not to use the facility to an individual/organization shall be in the sole discretion of the Township and any usage payments made in advance of an event shall be returned if the event is canceled by the Township, provided that individual/organization does not owe any prior usage or late fee amounts.
D.
Insurance.
(1)
All individuals/organizations using any Kingwood Township grounds or facilities shall provide proof of insurance as is more specifically described in the rules and regulations application to Kingwood Township parks and facilities, which were earlier adopted by the Township and are ratified and made a part hereof entitled "exhibit A" and kept on file in the Township Clerk's office and available for review during regular business hours.
(2)
Any person(s), corporation or organization using any portion of a Township Park for-profit activity shall be required to provide the Township with proof of adequate insurance naming the Township as an additional insured.
(3)
"For-profit activities" shall be defined as any use of the park in which participants pay a fee to any person, corporate and organization in conjunction with a use of the park. Examples of such activities include but are not limited to horseback riding lessons or tours, sports/recreational instruction, yoga/exercise classes which are held in or travel through the park.
E.
Refunds.
(1)
All reservation fees are nonrefundable.
(2)
Requests for reservation cancellations require 30 days' advance written notice so a different reservation date can be arranged.
(3)
If a park or facility is closed due to adverse weather conditions or other causes beyond the control of the Township, an attempt will be made to accommodate another date.
G.
Use of premises.
(1)
Decorations shall only be erected and taken down in a manner of not causing any damage to tables, ceilings, walls or doors.
(2)
All chairs and tables must be cleaned and returned to the proper location. Do not drag or slide tables and chairs across the floor as damage to the table, chairs and floor may occur. Tables and chairs are not to be removed from the premises and shall be free of tape, staples, gum or other materials.
(3)
All trash must be placed in the trash bins or bagged and placed next to trash bins located at each pavilion.
(4)
Leave premises, fields, buildings and storage units in the same condition as they were provided to you. No personal property or food shall be left on the property.
(5)
Any groups and organizations failing to break down their equipment and properly store it away after their last usage before a scheduled event by another user of the facility shall be assessed a fee in an amount as set from time to time by resolution of the Township Committee. That fee shall be paid before the group is permitted to use the facility again. An event calendar will be posted at the building or on the Township website so that groups/organizations know when events are scheduled and their equipment must be stored.
(6)
Use of vehicles. No person shall use any area of the Township park(s) or recreation areas for takeoff, landing or any other use by motorized hang gliders or similar vehicles or aircraft, except in the case of emergency. This regulation shall not prohibit the use of drones and similar remote-controlled devices.
(7)
The Township reserves the right to deny any individual/organization the right to use the Township property based upon that individual/organizations prior use of the property, including but not limited conduct during the usage and/or the condition the facility at the end of the usage.
H.
Portable restroom facilities.
(1)
If the activity proposed will have over 100 participants, the individual or organization sponsoring or administering the activity must provide one portable restroom facility for each additional 100 persons.
(2)
All portable restroom facilities must be removed from the premises at the end of the event.
