City of Patterson, CA Chapter 1.08 TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONS

§ 1.08.010 City council.

Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of the city refer to the board of trustees, the reference shall be construed to be to the city council.

§ 1.08.020 Chief of police.

Wherever the ordinances or resolutions of the city refer to the marshal, the reference shall be construed to be to the chief of police.
