§ 425-13 Parking prohibited at all times. No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following described streets or parts thereof:A. S.R. 0611 along the entire frontage of the property known as Monroe County Parcel Number 12.9.1.73.B. Bartonsville Road (T-625) along the entire frontage of the property known as Monroe County Parcel Number 12.9.1.73.
§ 425-14 Enforcement; penalties for violation. A. This article shall be enforced by the Pocono Township Police Department.B. Any person who violates this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $25, plus the costs of prosecution.
