(a)
In accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 132.007, the City of Fulshear has entered into an agreement with a service provider for the collection of payments for taxes, fines, fees, court costs, or other charges through the Internet. The city hereby approves all fees charged by the service provider under the agreement, as set forth therein, which fees shall be imposed for the electronic payment services provided by the service provider. A copy of the agreement between the city and the service provider will be kept on file in the office of the city secretary.
(b)
The City of Fulshear will impose fees associated with chargeback and returned checks. These fees will be in an amount sufficient to offset the city's costs from service provider(s), banks, and any other sources associated with any chargebacks or returned checks.
