City of Hercules, CA Chapter 4 SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND

Sec. 8-4.01 Establishment of Fund.

Pursuant to the requirements of Section 2113 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State, there is hereby established in the City treasury the "Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund."

Sec. 8-4.02 Deposits in Fund.

All monies received by the City from the State pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2106 and 2107 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State shall be deposited in said Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.

Sec. 8-4.03 Expenditures from Fund.

All monies in said Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund shall be expended only for the purposes authorized by, and in accordance with, the provisions of the Streets and Highways Code of the State.
