When such regulations have been established, notice thereof shall be given by the placing and maintenance of appropriate signs and markings at appropriate locations.
When regulations have been established as provided in Sec. 11-1.01 and notice thereof given as provided in Sec. 11-1.02, no person shall use or participate in any activity in or on any park, playground or any recreation facility or apparatus in violation thereof.
