Golf carts shall be permitted on all alleys and north/south streets within the Borough. No golf carts will be permitted on Market Street, except when crossing along north/south streets.

Golf carts are not permitted on the Northwest River Trail, except using the crossing over New Haven Street.
Golf carts may only be operated during daylight hours.
Any person operating a golf cart on Borough streets must possess a driver’s license valid for the operation of a vehicle in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
No person shall operate a golf cart on Borough streets without first obtaining liability insurance coverage for the golf cart. The policy shall meet or exceed the minimum liability coverage required under the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 1701 et seq.). Proof of such insurance must be carried in the golf cart and available for inspection upon request.
