The membership of the Whatcom County board of adjustment heretofore established to consist of five members is enlarged and reconstituted as a seven-member board as authorized under the provisions of RCW 36.70.210.

A majority of the members of the Whatcom County board of adjustment shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

The term of a member of the board of adjustment shall be for six years after initial appointment (which may be for a lesser term). A qualified member of the board whose appointment has not been revoked shall serve until his successor has been appointed and has qualified.
