A. 
The administration is directed to restrict eastbound traffic on Roosevelt Road between Tyee Drive and a point 250 west of Tyee Drive between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily to stickered vehicles and emergency vehicles, with the fee charged for purchase of an annual usage sticker as set forth in the Unified Fee Schedule.
B. 
A violation of subsection A of this section shall be a Class 2 infraction, as called for in RCW 7.80.120(b) as now stated or hereafter amended, and the procedure for handling a violation shall be in accordance with Chapter 7.80 RCW et seq. as now stated or hereafter amended.

E. Hemmi Road. Through movements shall be prohibited from westbound E. Hemmi Road to westbound E. Hemmi Road at the intersection with Hannegan Road from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the school year, located in Sections 16, 17, 20 and 21, Township 39 North, Range 3 East, W.M.
