(a)
No person may park a vehicle upon a street, roadway, alley, vehicular way or area, or a city parking lot for the purpose of:
(1)
Washing the vehicle if the person parking the vehicle is a dealer, agent, or employee of a garage, filling station, or car wash;
(2)
Repairing or performing maintenance work on the vehicle except repairs or maintenance work necessitated by an emergency;
(4)
Storing or parking, without being attended by a driver, a vehicle to be used for hire to another person; or
(5)
Commercial advertising.
(b)
No person may park a vehicle on a street, highway, public way, or area, or other public property, including a city parking lot, for more than 24 consecutive hours unless the location where the vehicle is parked is designated by an official traffic control device for parking for a different maximum time.
(c)
No person may park a vehicle on a sidewalk.
