A.
No person shall wade or bathe in or otherwise pollute the waters of the reservoirs supplying drinking water to the inhabitants of the City or the watercourses supplying such reservoirs.
B.
No person shall cut wood or shrubbery on the property on which such reservoirs are situated and which property is now or thereafter owned and used by the City for the purpose of its municipal water supply.
C.
No person shall fish in the reservoirs or picnic on such property.
