The development of condominium projects and/or the conversion of real property to a condominium project, a community apartment project, or a stock cooperative project shall be governed by the provisions and requirements of BGMC § 9.20.090, Commercial and industrial condominiums – Conditional use, and BGMC § 9.20.140, Residential condominiums – Conditional use.
