§ 12.06.010 Alcoholic beverages on public property – Prohibition. No person shall possess or drink alcoholic beverages in any publicly owned building open to the public at large, upon the premises thereof, in any public park or in or upon any public right-of-way.(Ord. 380 § 1, 1977)
