§ 17.36.010 Construction of encroaching structure – Prohibited. It is unlawful to construct or maintain any building, gate, or structure which encroaches upon or opens outward over any portion of any public right-of-way within the city.(prior code § 4210; Ord. 325 § 3, 1974)
