Any person entering or occupying real property or the structures thereon without the consent of the owner, his agent, or the person in lawful possession thereof, or who enters such real property or structures with the consent of the owner, agent, or person in lawful possession thereof but refuses to leave the premises after such permission to enter and remain thereon has been withdrawn by any of such persons, or who enters and remains on any real property or in any structure thereon for a period of time in excess of that stated in any notice posted on such property or structure limiting the time any patron, customer, or invitee of the premises may remain on the premises or in such structure, shall be guilty of trespassing.
