City of Winters, CA Chapter 8.12 WEED AND RUBBISH ABATEMENT

§ 8.12.010 Short title.

This chapter shall be entitled "Weed and Rubbish Abatement Law."

§ 8.12.020 Weed and Rubbish Abatement Law adopted by reference.

The city adopts by reference the Weed and Rubbish Law, Part 2, Chapter 13, Article 1 of the California Government Code (Section 39501 et. seq.). To the extent not addressed by resolution of the city council, the city adopts, by reference, Part 2, Chapter 13, Article 2 of the California Government Code (Section 39560 et. seq.).

§ 8.12.030 Enforcement.

Enforcement shall be by the Winters fire department except that the city manager shall be responsible for filing liens.
