All municipal employees and elected public officials who receive compensation from the Township of Lebanon are mandated to have direct deposit of their net pay as of March 14, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 28 P.L. 2013, as codified at N.J.S.A. 52:14-15f(b). The Township Committee may grant an exemption from this requirement on such terms and conditions as it may deem necessary. The Township Committee may also grant an exemption for seasonal and temporary employees as it may deem necessary.
