Financial disclosure is required by all Denali Borough assembly members, Denali Borough school board members, planning commission members and the Denali Borough mayor.
B.
Each elected or appointed official shall complete and file with the clerk a report of financial disclosure and business interests, on a form prescribed by the borough, no later than April 15th of each year.
