In all municipal elections, the borough clerk will be responsible for the printing of ballots. The ballots shall be printed and in the possession of the borough clerk at least 20 days before the date set for a regular or special election. There shall be at least 10 ballots printed on colored paper, with the words "Sample Ballot" printed on them, to be posted in the clerk's office until election day, and samples given to the judges of each polling place.
