(a) 
It is unlawful for any person to knowingly display, sell, cast, throw, light or fire any fireworks without written authorization from the police chief.
(b) 
Fireworks, as used in this section, means any squib, rocket, cracker, torpedo, grenade, gun, revolver, pistol, cap, cartridge or other combustible firecrackers of any kind.
(c) 
Nothing in this section shall prohibit the display, sale or use of traffic signaling flares, photographic flash equipment or public fireworks displays, conducted under the supervision of and with the permission of the police chief or fire chief.

It is unlawful for any person to leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building or other structure or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, structure or dwelling under his or her control, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded chest, closet, piece of furniture, ice box, refrigerator, washer, dryer, freezer, motor vehicle, or other container or appliance having a capacity of one and one-half (1.5) cubic feet or more, which has a door, lid, snap lock or other locking device which may not be released from the inside, without first removing said door, lid, snap lock or other locking device.

(a) 
Definitions. For purposes of this section, the following terms are defined.
(1) 
"Camp"
means the erecting of a tent or shelter of natural or manmade material, the placing of a sleeping bag or other bedding material on the ground, the parking of a motor vehicle, motor home, or traveler, or the mooring of a vessel for the apparent purpose of overnight occupancy.
(2) 
"Public property"
means government owned real property, rights-of-way, and property in which the government holds a leasehold interest, including, without limitation, property owned by the town, county, state or political subdivision thereof, or a special district or school district.
(b) 
It is unlawful for any person to camp on any public property except in an area designated by signage for such use. The prohibition in this section shall not apply to an event which has been issued a special event permit pursuant to Chapter 11, Article 6 of this Code or to activities which in the enforcing officer's reasonable interpretation are for short-term recreational purposes.
