Any claim against the city of Marysville or the Marysville Community Development Agency for money or damages which are excepted by Section 905 of the Government Code from Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 900) and Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 910) of the Government Code, and which are not governed by other statutes or regulations expressly relating thereto, shall be presented not later than six months after the accrual of the cause of action.

With the exception of the time limit for filing claims as set forth in Section 1.10.010, the procedures set forth in Division 3.6 (Section 810 et seq.) of Title I of the Government Code dealing with the presentation and consideration of such claims shall apply to all claims submitted against the city of Marysville or the Marysville Community Development Agency under the terms of this chapter.
