(a) 
Any person violating any provision of this title, except as otherwise provided, is guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars.
(b) 
Any person violating any provisions of this title deemed a misdemeanor shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars.

The following sections are deemed as correctable violations:
(1) 
Section 8.12.090—Licensing requirements and procedures.
(2) 
Section 8.12.120—Dog vaccination requirements.
(3) 
Section 8.12.140—License tags.
(4) 
Section 8.12.280—Unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs.
(5) 
Section 8.12.310—At large animals.
(b) 
Fines for correctable violations shall be in such amounts as outlined in the fee schedule and adopted by resolution of the city council.
