(a)
Any person violating any provision of this title, except as otherwise provided, is guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars.
(b)
Any person violating any provisions of this title deemed a misdemeanor shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars and/or up to six months in the county jail, except as otherwise provided.
