The King County animal control department is designated by this reference as the agency authorized to enforce the animal control regulations.
King County animal control officers shall be utilized for the enforcement of this chapter and these officers shall include any individuals employed, contracted or appointed by the animal control authority for the purpose of aiding in the enforcement of this chapter or any other law or ordinance relating to the licensing, control or seizure and impoundment of animals. Any state or municipal peace officer, sheriff, constable or other employee in such position shall also have authority to enforce the regulations of this chapter or any other applicable law or ordinance relating to the regulation of animals in the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association, corporation, or group of persons all having the same abode to keep, harbor, maintain, raise, care for, breed, or induce the propagation of any chickens, roosters, ducks, geese, turkeys, or other domestic or wild fowls within the city of Clyde Hill.

In the event any provision of this chapter conflicts with a provision of the zoning code, or any subsequent amendment thereto, the provisions of the zoning code shall control.

Notwithstanding any other enforcement procedure available under this chapter, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures, remedies, and the civil and criminal penalties provided in Chapter 1.08 CHMC.
