The following streets, or portions of streets, are designated as one-way streets and vehicular traffic thereon shall proceed only in the direction set forth after the street designation:

94th Avenue N.E. between N.E. 20th Street and N.E. 24th Street: traffic shall proceed only in a northerly direction.
