A. 
It is unlawful for any person operating a motor vehicle upon the highways of the city to turn such vehicle either to the right or to the left upon approaching or leaving an intersection, and to proceed across any private property for the purpose of avoiding the intersection or any traffic-control device controlling the intersection, unless so directed by proper authorities.
B. 
Violation of this section is a traffic infraction and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $71.00.

At the intersection of 92nd Place N.E. and Points Drive, no person operating a vehicle shall be permitted to turn left from 92nd Place N.E. onto Points Drive between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays.
At the intersection of 86th Avenue N.E. and Points Drive, no person operating a vehicle shall be permitted to turn left from 86th Avenue N.E. onto Points Drive between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays.
At the intersection of 92nd Avenue N.E. and Points Drive, no person operating a vehicle shall be permitted to turn left from 92nd Avenue N.E. onto Points Drive between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays.
