There is established a fire department emergency equipment fund to be initially funded by the sum of $671.22 recently received from the fire department from miscellaneous donations for such purposes.

The fund shall be credited with future donations intended for such purposes and shall be charged with such emergency equipment purchases as shall have been authorized by the council.
